Hiring new staff can be a time-consuming and demanding process, especially when you're already dealing with a heavy workload. So when one of our clients needed to urgently hire an IT Equipment Engineer to start at the beginning of the year, they turned to HirexHire for help in early December. Despite the holiday season adding to the complexity of the task, we were able to deliver not one, but two top-tier engineers to the client within just 26 days! After reaching out to more than 100 candidates, we conducted 15 thorough phone screenings and identified 4 as potential fits for the role. We then advanced those candidates to the hiring manager interview stage, ultimately resulting in the successful hiring of 2 full-time employees.
